WHAT CSW IS DOING TO HELP BHUTAN

- Various partners in CSW's ministry have traveled to Bhutan and are bringing back reports which will help us to better (and more specifically) advocate for the needs of its Christian population.  This will allow for emergency aid to be provided when and where its applicable, along with a commitment to pray for our brothers and sisters there.

- Christians in Bhutan will continue to be mentioned in our prayer calendar. As we receive updates we will publish them on our website and/or in future issues of Outcry.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

You can PRAY

 -
Ask the Lord to encourage and protect the Christian community in Bhutan.

 - Pray that the persecution will stop and God will bring about freedom of worship
that the persecution in China, by citizens, cults and government, will stop

Your Excellency,

There is growing international concern over the systematic persecution of the Christian minority in Bhutan, particularly in the south.

I urge the Government of Bhutan to bring her law and practice into line with international standards on religious rights.

I also implore the Government of Bhutan to immediately release, without condition, all those detained on the basis of their faith and to fully restore their civil rights.

Yours respectfully and sincerely
