IRAN   

WHAT CSW IS DOING TO HELP IRAN

- CSW will continue to research and reveal claims of persecution so as to advocate on behalf of those who are suffering, in addition to networking with other organizations whose focus is on serving the Christians in this region. 

- Christians in Iran will continue to be mentioned in our prayer calendar. As we receive updates we will publish them on our website and/or in future issues of Outcry.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

You can PRAY

- For the church, particularly those forced to go underground. Pray for laborers to gather the harvest, for the growth of cell churches and for the establishment of Bible schools.

- For the church leadership to be anointed with wisdom and discernment as they take the church forward in these difficult times.

- For Muslim converts to Christianity who may be afraid to live out their faith publicly because of threats from family, society and the state. 

You can PROTEST

Write to your Senator at U.S. Senate, Washington, DC 20510, or your Representative at U.S. House of Representatives, Washington, DC 20515.  (Call the Capitol Hill Switchboard at (202) 224-3121 to find out your Congressperson’s name). Ask your Congressperson to raise your concerns with both the Congress and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, and to additionally raise this in appropriate international forums.
