WHAT CSW IS DOING TO HELP PAKISTAN - CSW maintains a number of contacts in Pakistan who provide updates on individual cases of persecution there, as well as general information about the state of Christians in Pakistan. - CSW will continue to research and reveal claims of persecution so as to advocate on behalf of those who are suffering, in addition to networking with other organizations whose focus is on serving the Christians in this region. - Christians in Pakistan will continue to be mentioned in our prayer calendar. As we receive updates we will publish them on our website and/or in future issues of Outcry. - Many Pakistanis appear on our Prisoner List. Some may receive correspondence, which would be a tremendous encouragement.

You can PRAY - Pray for the release of those currently imprisoned for their faith in Pakistan. Pray that they would receive fair trials, especially in cases of blasphemy trials - Pray that Christians in Pakistan would be spared violence from their Muslim neighbors, especially as the world's focus continues to turn toward terrorism and the capture of members of al Qaeda, to whom many in Pakistan are sympathetic - Pray that President General Musharraf would stand up for basic rights of minority faiths in his country and establish and enforce laws that would protect their right to worship
